Contacting the company about your request
What details to include, what not to send by email, and why the company controls response decisions.
Use the right contact path
The company receiving your request controls the case record, verification decisions, response timing, and final response. Contact that company through its privacy, support, or portal channel.
- Include your confirmation reference if you have one.
- Use the same email address or contact method used for submission.
- State the specific issue, such as verification, clarification, status, or delivery access.
Limit sensitive details in email
Email can be useful for coordination, but sensitive evidence and response files should usually stay in the company's approved secure channel.
- Do not send passwords, full payment numbers, or unrelated identity documents.
- Ask for a secure upload path if you need to provide sensitive verification material.
- Do not contact Privacy Requests for legal decisions about a company's response.

Product support is available at support@privacyrequests.co. Requesters should contact the company handling the request first because that company controls the case record and response decisions.
