Expired or revoked delivery links
Why secure delivery links may stop working and how to ask the responder for new access.
Why access changes
Secure delivery links are intentionally temporary. A responder may set an expiration date, require passcodes, or revoke access if the wrong person received a link or the response needs correction.
- Expiration reduces the time sensitive files are available online.
- Revocation lets the responder stop access after a concern is found.
- Access logs help the responder understand whether a delivery was opened.
Requesting renewed access
Contact the company that handled your request and include your confirmation reference. The responder can decide whether to reissue, extend, or resend access.
- Do not submit a duplicate privacy request just to get a new link.
- Explain whether the issue is expiration, passcode failure, or missing files.
- Use the responder's official support or privacy contact channel.

Product support is available at support@privacyrequests.co. Requesters should contact the company handling the request first because that company controls the case record and response decisions.
