Opening a secure delivery link
Access response files through expiring links, passcodes when required, and revocable downloads.
Before opening the link
Response materials may contain personal data. Use a trusted device, avoid shared computers, and be ready to enter a passcode if the responder requires one.
- Confirm the delivery came from the company handling your request.
- Do not forward delivery links to other people.
- Download and store files somewhere private.
If access fails
Secure deliveries can expire, be revoked, or require an exact passcode. The company that sent the delivery can confirm whether access should be reissued.
- Check for copy and paste errors in passcodes.
- Ask the responder for a fresh link if the delivery expired.
- Contact the company if the delivery contains unexpected materials.
