Keep your confirmation details
The confirmation reference helps the company locate your case if you contact support. Store it somewhere private and include it when asking for an update.
- Use the same email address that you used for submission.
- Check spam or filtered mailboxes for responder messages.
- Avoid starting a new request when a status update would solve the issue.
Requester links
Some companies provide requester links for status updates, clarification, verification, or delivery. These links may expire to protect personal data.
- Open links from a device and network you trust.
- Ask the responder for a new link if one expires.
- Contact the company directly if a link does not match your request.
