Troubleshooting requester portal issues

Fix common problems with portal submission, missing emails, expired magic links, browser issues, and passcodes.

Submission issues

Most portal submission issues come from missing required fields, browser autofill problems, or unclear file inputs. Review the form, use a current browser, and try again before contacting support.

  • Complete every required field.
  • Use a modern browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
  • Reduce upload size or remove unsupported files if the form rejects an attachment.

Link and passcode issues

Magic links and delivery links may expire. Passcodes must match exactly. If the issue continues, the company receiving your request can reissue access or confirm the next step.

  • Check spam, promotions, and filtered inbox folders.
  • Copy passcodes without extra spaces.
  • Contact the company if you no longer have access to the email address used for submission.
