Building response packets

Use templates, variables, evidence attachments, legal or compliance review, and final approval before delivery.

Assemble scoped materials

A response packet should match the verified requester and approved request scope. Include only the materials intended for disclosure or response, and keep unrelated internal notes out of the delivery.

  • Confirm the request type and requester identity before assembling materials.
  • Attach evidence that belongs in the final response.
  • Use template variables for consistent case and workspace details.

Keep review explicit

Templates and generated copy do not replace human review. Legal, compliance, or operational reviewers should approve the packet before delivery when the workflow requires it.

  • Record reviewer approval before sending.
  • Check that redactions, exclusions, and explanations are intentional.
  • Do not treat response templates as legal advice.
