Data responder
Sending secure deliveries
Use expiring links, passcodes, revocation, access logs, and resend behavior instead of unmanaged attachments.
Configure delivery deliberately
Response materials may contain sensitive personal data. Use secure delivery settings to limit exposure and maintain visibility into access.
- Set an expiration window appropriate for the response.
- Require a passcode when the risk level calls for it.
- Verify the recipient and request scope before sending.
Monitor and revoke when needed
Access logs and revocation help teams respond if something looks wrong. A delivery can be reissued when access expires or a corrected packet is needed.
- Review access events for unusual behavior.
- Revoke links that were sent to the wrong recipient or need correction.
- Record resend or revocation rationale in the case history.
