How to use it
- Copy the blank row for each new request and assign an internal case ID.
- Have an authorized person review the applicable requirements and enter a target date and rationale.
- Update the stage, next action and owner during regular queue reviews.
- Record approval, delivery and closure references without putting response files or identity documents in the sheet.
