Who operates the service
Privacy Requests is operated by Brandon Axtmann, carrying on business as Jumpstart Innovation Labs, a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada. Our terms of service identify the service provider and explain the agreement for business use.
The product brings intake, identity review, task ownership, response preparation, controlled delivery, and case history into one workflow. It is designed for startups and growing organizations where support, operations, engineering, and legal or compliance reviewers share the work.
What we focus on
- Visible ownership. Make it clear who owns the request, who is contributing, and what needs attention next.
- Human decisions. Keep identity, disclosure, deletion, correction, and final response decisions with the people responsible for them.
- A record of the work. Keep the request, evidence, decisions, and delivery history connected so another responder can understand what happened.
Software can help organize a process. It cannot determine your obligations or guarantee compliance. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
